Welcome to Coastal Marine Management

Having the right people looking after your boat makes all the difference. Whether you live here year-round or visit for the season, we’re here to help with its care and make arranging services easier.

We’re a Naples based vessel management and concierge company founded by Justin Pavey, a local captain and yacht broker. We work with boat owners throughout Naples, Marco Island, and Southwest Florida, providing personal service built around each owner’s needs.

Our services include scheduled washes, detailing, routine boat inspections, seasonal boat watch, and hurricane preparation. We also coordinate mechanical engine service, electronics upgrades, repairs, and transportation through trusted local marine professionals. For those looking to buy or sell, we offer hands-on brokerage support.

Not sure where to start? Give us a call. Tell us about your boat, where you keep it, and what you need help with. We’ll talk through the options and put together a plan that works for you.

We look forward to meeting you.
