I’m Justin Pavey, founder of Coastal Marine Management and a Naples native.
I built this business around something simple: boat owners need someone they can trust to show up, follow through, and take care of their boat when they can’t be here themselves.
Before opening Coastal Marine Management full-time, I spent more than 12 years in the luxury automotive industry. That experience taught me how much the details matter, but also that great service comes down to communication and doing what you say you’re going to do. That’s how I work with my clients today.
In 2025, I was honored to receive a 40 Under 40 award. Being recognized meant a lot to me, especially as a Naples native building a business in the community I grew up in. It was a proud milestone that reflected years of hard work, the relationships I’ve built, and the trust my clients have placed in me. That trust is what makes this business possible, and it motivates me to keep raising the standard of service we provide.
As a licensed captain and yacht broker, I work with owners of everything from center consoles to yachts throughout Naples, Marco Island, and Southwest Florida. I get to know each owner and their boat, understand what matters to them, and build that relationship over time.
Many of my clients are only here a few months out of the year. They need someone local who knows their boat, notices when something needs attention, and keeps them informed while they’re away. I take that responsibility seriously. You’ll work directly with me, and when you call, you’ll be talking to someone who knows your vessel and what’s happening with it.
I stay involved, work with trusted marine professionals, and give you straightforward answers about what your boat needs. When you’re coming back to town, we’ll plan ahead to get it ready for your arrival.
My goal is to make owning a boat easier, so your time in Southwest Florida is spent enjoying it.
